Four Things You Need to Know About Nareit's New Visual Identity

To better tell the REIT story, Nareit is updating its visual identity, tagline and messaging. Here are the things you need to know when writing about or referencing us.

  1. We have moved from using our association’s name, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), to Nareit. This change reflects an alignment with how we are known in the marketplace.
  2. We have updated our logo. When using our wordmark, please use the official Nareit logo artwork and tagline lockup as illustrated below.

  3. We’ve also redesigned our communications tools, including Nareit’s website
    and REIT magazine, to more effectively educate and engage investors, policymakers and the media on the REIT way of real estate investment.
  4. To bring clarity and consistency to the REIT discussion, Nareit has developed guidance and resources for your use in this brand center.
